At this point in time COVID-19 is REALLY ramping up. Honestly at this point I thought things would have been back to normal, but they are actually far far from it. With my internet failing me 90% of the time course work is becoming super difficult which honestly sucks. I had the opportunity to take such amazing and fun classes, but I don’t get to really experience them.
However, I did finish season 15 of Grey’s Anatomy. Let me tell you, that show is a wild ride. It tugs on your heartstrings so much. Honestly, it will leave you heart broken. If you can get through the 1st season without shedding a single tear I would probably accuse you not being human. My favorite character in the show is Dr. Alex Karev or as he was sometimes called Dr. Evilspawn. I loved not only his character development but also his back story. The guy came from pretty much nothing to being a very successful pediatrics surgeon. Kudos, to him. The only thing I hate about his character is the ending he was given. So here’s your spoiler alert if you don’t wanna know stop here. I hate how they threw away 16 seasons of amazing development and had him go back to his crazy ex Izzie. I always hated her when she was on the show and now I hate her even more.
Moving along, Pennsylvania seems to be really getting up there in how many cases they have. Which can be super scary. Right now the county I live in is at 56 cases when just the other day it was at 40. There is also someone I know who’s been exposed to the virus but is refusing to stay home. She even went and bought hair dye the other day. Which again is scary. The only way we are gonna get through this is if we all agree to social distance and just stay at home. Unless you have to go out, don't. I know how hard it is being at home and how boring it gets but just trust me. Staying at home is the smartest idea. It’s also the safest. If you do have to go out, wear a mask and gloves. Wash your hands often and carry hand sanitizer with you at all times.
If you are continuing to follow the stay at home order, first of all kudos to you! Second of all there are so many things you can do to keep yourself entertained. The best thing I can recommend is calling your friends. Having chat sessions on the phone has been my saving grace during the quarantine. As an extrovert I am literally DYING. Not having human contact is killing me, so I always try to call at least one of my friends a day. Typically it’s my best friend Diamond. She always answers and we talk about the craziest things. Just last night we had a 4 hour phone call.
